Will every product fit every vehicle?
No. Vehicle interiors vary by model, year, seat design, headrest structure, console layout, and cargo dimensions. Customers should review the measurements and installation details shown on the product page before ordering.
Are accessories shown in product photographs included?
Only the items specifically identified in the product title, description, and package contents are included. Vehicles, bottles, groceries, towels, phones, books, and other styling items shown in photographs are generally for demonstration purposes.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Order change or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been prepared for dispatch, changes may no longer be available.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact service@velnorall.com with the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the item, and photographs of the outer packaging. Please keep the product and packaging until the review is complete.
